Swimming
1. Hampton Beach State Park offers a large sandy beach for swimming.
2. Lifeguards are on duty during peak summer months to ensure safety.
3. The park provides clean, well-maintained bathhouses and shower facilities.
4. Swimming is allowed from sunrise to sunset throughout the year.
5. There's also an option of saltwater swimming in the Atlantic Ocean at this location.
6. The water quality is regularly tested by state officials ensuring safe conditions for swimmers.
7. Swimming lessons or courses aren't offered within the park premises.
8. Pets are not permitted on beaches between April 1st and September 30th due to potential disturbance with swimmers.
Boating
In this location, visitors can enjoy a variety of boating options. The park's marina offers boat rentals for those who don't own their own vessel and want to explore the surrounding waters. Kayaking is also popular due to calm water conditions making it suitable even for beginners. For more adventurous individuals, jet skiing opportunities are available as well.
Fishing
Anglers can enjoy saltwater fishing from the shore or a boat. Species include striped bass, bluefish and flounder. The park also offers deep-sea charter trips for cod, haddock and tuna fishing experiences. Fishing licenses are required for all activities.

Picnicking
Hampton Beach State Park offers picnic tables and grills, perfect for a beachside meal. No alcohol is allowed in the park.
Bicycling
In this coastal location, biking options are limited due to the park's focus on beach activities and relaxation.

While there aren't designated bike trails within its boundaries, cyclists can enjoy a leisurely ride along Ocean Boulevard.

However, be aware that during peak season it becomes crowded with pedestrians and vehicles which may limit cycling opportunities.

The nearby town of Hampton offers more extensive routes for those seeking longer or challenging rides away from crowds.

Remember always to wear your helmet when riding in public areas as safety should never be compromised.
