September 11 More patrolling by Debra

We have visited this park many time over the years and have always been very satisfied with the park but on 9/8/15 we were enjoying the morning when I noticed the visitors about 50 feet away and the woman had her top off sunbathing. Then in a few minuted she walked over to a piece of drift wood very close to us and her male partner took a topless picture of her. I made a comment loud enough for her to hear that she needed to put her top on. She did put on her top and went in the water but about an hour later was topless again. Do you patrol the beach we only saw one vehicle go by in 4 hours. Also is this partial nudity permitted at the park?

We have stayed in Henderson, Topsail and Grayton. Henderson is by far our top pick!! (The other 2 are wonderful as well) Hard to believe you are in the heart of town, while you are in this park!! Crystal clear water, beautiful beach and very few people....
