January 26 Not Open to the Public. Federal lands. by San Andres NWR Headquarters
This is a Federal government Wildlife Refuge managed by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. The Refuge is not open to the public due to its location within the boundaries of a closed military base. Due to its closure, it is one of the last undisturbed, pristine, natural landscapes in the nation.
