Well, one wld feel justified in thinking that when you check in and get your site, the employee wld THINK to mention: Bathrooms/showers completely closed, so you have to walk a half mile from that site. No. Driving, cold rain and high winds for days. No soap in the bathroom that is open. Over one year ago this same bathroom was closed for renovations, and still it is closed. Welcome to South Carolina, folks.
November 3 not a friendly place to go
We were told bad directions by the guard attendant. Mosquittos so bad we could not go outside, far from anything to do in Charleston
September 2 favorite place for a vacation by zackspopper

June 24 One of Our Favorite Places by pharris927
My first time there on vacation in june 2008. Stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin. Loved it! Great shops. Loved looking for sea shells. The beach was little crowed for my liking. The only grocery store is the Piggly Wiggly, and the prices are sky high they should be ashamed. No Mcdonalds are anything like that, but with the cabin I cooked our meals. Went to someplace new this year in Florida & was not happy. Will be returning for june 2010 to the cabin.

May 20 Great Place to stay by TheGarvinFamily
We can go anywhere but our favorite is just 20 miles from our home. We love Edisto and this camp ground is clean, well staffed, and the fishing in the surf is amazing.

WE DISCOVERED THIS PARK AND CAMPGROUND LAST YEAR FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY AND ARE RETURNING AGAIN THIS YEAR. GOOD FISHING AND CLEAN, QUIET CAMPGROUND. ONE OF THE BEST WE HAVE BEEN TO.
