May 29 My Favorite State Park! by Happy Camper

I have visited this park since 1995, and it remains my favorite state park in Georgia. It is a fun family get-a-way, not too far outside of Atlanta, and provides visitors with a variety of activities such as swimming, mini golf, boating, fishing, picnicking, hiking, camping ... just to name a few. It is close to Dauset Trails, which is also a great place to commune with nature. Highly recommend this park! Easily accessible and fun for all ages!

My granddaughter had her wedding there on Oct 27,2017. Yes, the area is beautiful. We were charged almost $900.00 to the area of the wedding. We had to put up and take down all chairs and tables. Then full clean up. On top of that the park charged $5.00 per car coming to the wedding. After that very high amount,us having to do everythin, the parking fee should have been included . There were approximate 70 people at the wedding from Georgia and Florida...that is 70 people that will never be back to this park

September 5 My favorite park

Been going to Indian Springs since 1956 still camp there on every occasion I get. I would like to see it expanded with more camping area or camping area #1 brought up to the condition of area #2. The people there are great keep up the good work. Eddie Mathews Thomaston, Ga

We had a great time with grandchildren. Everyone at park extremely nice and polite. We can not wait to go again.

April 22 Very Nice Park by Travis - Sharpsburg, GA

The Park has a nice entrance, the Sites are well kept and large for privacy, we did not use public restrooms frequestly, but they were well kept. The lake and trails were nice. We will definately be coming back.

My husband and I went tent camping with our dogs recently at Indian Springs. The park was well maintained with natural beauty. There was a friendly, low-key atomosphere. The bathrooms and other facilities were clean and well-kept. The state park system is a great benefit to Georgia residents. Thank you!

Camped here 4 nights in 2008. Had a great time. Park was nice and clean bath houses. Really enjoyed the lake and the beach. Entrance is very pretty. Will definitely camp here again

May 29 Our First Family Camping Experience by Thea Allison

Our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs found our new outdoor home at this wonderful park. With clean facilities, wide camping lots and friendly, informed hosts, we had a great time while boating, hiking, fishing and going to the beach. It was inexpensive for 2 days and well worth it!
