When I was 2 years old I lived there with my parents and grandmother. I wonder if there are any pictures of that time. I do have 2. I am now 91.

Went here so often as a child...our family would picnic and swim for the day, since it was so close to our hometown of Superior. Many memories, but when I went back a couple of years ago, one of my favorite summer sounds was hearing those big screen doors slam! Funny how something so little can become so special...

February 20 Our favorite state park! by camping family

Derek loves the fishing,and the others like the trails . Every one rides bike around the loops. Having clean bathrooms with showers is also great.

I like the seperate camp sites/ woods. We go every year and will do this again this year!

July 21 A hidden gem

Among all of the State Parks, this is one of the most intimate. Only 59 sites and there are very few bad ones. The only thing I would change is the lack of group sites..we were right next to a large group, on three campsites and they were VERY noisy. Try to avoid the sites right next to the double sites.
