A mature, mixed pine forest are features visitors enjoy in this beautiful state park. Attractions include camping, fishing, nature walks, swimming, boating, wildlife viewing, and bird watching.

Enjoy the park's improved family fishing pond, with new features including an accessible fishing pier, new picnic shelter, latrine and improved parking. Explore the recently expanded non-motorized Thompson Falls Trail which runs along the Clark Fork River and connects to the HWY 200 trail into town.
Swimming

2. The river's current is generally mild, suitable for swimmers of all levels.
3. No lifeguards are on duty; swim at your own risk and supervise children closely.

Boating
