June 3 Start a Wisconsin River Trip Here
We stayed at the park before starting a trip down the Wisconsin River. It was right on the river, which made it perfect for our purposes. The campsites are an average size for a Wisconsin state park and all wooded. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Since it is a smaller campground, it was very quiet and peaceful at all times. Bring your bug spray-- the mosquitoes also like to camp out next to the river.
May 20 Rare Piece of History
History buffs, do yourself a favor and visit this park. A bit of a climb to tower and to shot tunnel but well worth the effort. Frank Lloyd Wright museum nearby.

May 25 Delightful Place by LG
We stopped in the park while on our way elsewhere. A very nice place to spend some time, take a walk, visit the shot tower, have a picnic. And there is a nice pavilion for group events.
