Located on over 100 wooded lakefront acres, overlooking Ashland State Park. Right out our front door you get to truly enjoy the great outdoors. Easy access to trails for hiking, and an area for swimming. Come and enjoy all that Ashland State Park has to offer, and stay at the Warren Center right next door.

Boating is allowed on the park's two ponds, Leach Pond and Nook's Hill Pond. However, only non-motorized boats are permitted to ensure a peaceful experience for all visitors. Canoes and kayaks can be rented from the visitor center during summer months or you may bring your own equipment as well.
Enjoy fishing at the park's ponds, where you can catch largemouth bass and bluegill. Leach Pond is stocked with trout annually.

Mountain biking is popular here but be aware that the difficulty level ranges from easy to challenging routes.
Remember helmets for safety as certain sections may have steep inclines or rough surfaces which could pose risks.
Be mindful when sharing multi-use tracks with pedestrians and horse riders - always yield right-of-way respectfully.
During winter months, cycling might not be possible due to snowfall so it's best checked beforehand.
Check trail conditions before setting out as weather impacts can make them hazardous at times.
Nighttime riding isn't allowed in order to preserve local wildlife habitats - plan accordingly.
Birdwatchers can explore over 20 miles of trails, spotting various species including owls and waterfowl. The park's diverse habitats attract a wide range of bird types throughout the year. Visitors may also join organized bird walks led by experienced guides.
