Brydges State Park offers picnic tables and grills for outdoor meals. There are also pavilions available to rent.

The park offers a variety of birding opportunities with diverse habitats attracting numerous species. Birdwatchers can spot waterfowl, songbirds and raptors in the area's wetlands, forests and open fields. The site is also part of an Audubon Important Bird Area due to its significant breeding populations.
