Massachusetts Parks Visitor Reviews
8/16/2020 Leominster State Forest by NEW LIFE SPANISH CHURCH
review rating - 1 to 5 stars Our church favorite park - This wonderful state park is and has been our church favorite park for over 12 years. Every year New Life Spanish Christian Church has utilized this facility to celebrate our annual church gathering and baptism. The park staff is the best in terms of how they treat everyone who enters the park. May God bless them Rev. Dennis Bradley Sr.
7/24/2019 Myles Standish State Forest by Crystal Randall
review rating - 1 to 5 stars My go to place - I have been coming here for over 30 years. I went as a child with my family , to bringing my own little family. This place is perfect in everyway. We absolutely love it here. Only downfall is you can only go a total of 14 days out of the season. I understand I guess we have to share. See you soon my second trip of the season is coming up 12 days straight.. in heaven.
7/11/2019 Hopkinton State Park by kate
review rating - 1 to 5 stars No Handicap Parking at Ashland Boat Ramp - My husband is disabled and in the summer season is unable to access the Ashland State Park area by the boat ramp because there are no handicap assigned parking areas-he has made several inquiries but received no answers-yet a local camp is allowed to park boat trailers where handicap parking should be-he is in a wheelchair and likes to fish but cannot park close enough-frustrating that his inquiry is not taken seriously as I am sure there are others in the same position
1/8/2018 Wahconah Falls State Park by anonymous
review rating - 1 to 5 stars Amazing View! - The walk may have been a long time to go the whole trail but the views were worth it of the falls!
6/14/2017 Lowell-Dracut State Forest by Emily McArdle
review rating - 1 to 5 stars Wonderful place -
6/16/2015 Balance Rock State Park by Hollace
review rating - 1 to 5 stars My parents honeymooned here in 1940 - My parents went to Balance Rock on their honeymoon in 1940. I will be happy to download their snapshots. Was it already part of a State Park in 1940? They stayed in a white, clapboard cottage called the Pontoosuc Lodge. Does that ring a bell? They visited a friend, Elmer Swack, at his farm in Pittsfield.
4/3/2015 Catamount State Forest by runner
review rating - 1 to 5 stars beautiful place - Catamount is beautiful. I grew up with Catamount as my back yard, and am sad to see (on a regular basis) 4-wheelers still ripping up the main trails.
3/24/2015 Otter River State Forest by judy vantrece
review rating - 1 to 5 stars our favorite - Loved otter river if you love OUT DOOR camping without a lot of campers this is the place
8/19/2014 Fisk Meadow State Wildlife Management Area by skywatcher403
review rating - 1 to 5 stars Epitome of peace - Perfect wildlife viewing area for canoes / kayaks! Simple take out spot in the middle of the lower and upper meadow to stretch your legs. Beavers, herons, kingfishers etc. Please carry in and carry out and respect this pristine area :-}
6/18/2014 Warren H Manning State Park by Grammy Laureen
review rating - 1 to 5 stars Great water park for the younger kids! -
4/15/2014 Warren H Manning State Park by ggdebene
review rating - 1 to 5 stars great place;quick run /picknick/explore - The water park has several sprinklers from a very tall bucket that dumps to a rainbow of arched sprinklers to run under. It is nestled in the pines which means it can be shady with pine needles around water. There are short trails, nicely maintained and a foot bridge over a stream. There are also fitness stations along the trails.Great way to spend some time out doors all year, even snowshoeing
3/31/2014 Bash Bish Falls State Park by thickerthanwater
review rating - 1 to 5 stars favorite park - Went camping when I was younger . I really liked this place.
